A one hour to one-hour-fifteen minute Hatha Yoga session will be instructed by Charlie Reed in a shaded area of the forest close to the main parking lot on Clapp Simms Duda Road. Bring your own mat and water. Some tarps will be available to be between your mat and the ground. If you have your own or extra tarps, please bring! Open to the public, invite others! Short hike will be conducted after the session for those that wish to go.
